CANCELLATION / REFUND
We will not entertain changes to orders that are already confirmed with payment made. This includes changes to the specific items ordered, quantity, or the delivery address.
Before the goods are delivered, Lab Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order in any unforeseen occurrence that is not with-in our reasonable control. This may include equipment breakdown, transportation unavailability or breakdown, or other unforeseen events. We will promptly notify you at the contact number provided if this happens and refund shall be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund and/or the cost of the delivery of your return in the event that the goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery to you. If the goods have been opened and consumed, expired, over-stocked, these goods may not be eligible for returns / refunds / exchange.
